In a world where standards are constantly changing, career guidance can no longer be reduced to choosing a profession. It has become a real opportunity to learn how to adapt. In Luxembourg, an area that is constantly changing, multicultural and directly linked to the major transformations in the European labour market, how can we help young people to build their path in the face of uncertainty?
This unifying event is aimed at companies, secondary schools and also families. We are all involved: parents, educators, teachers, recruiters, managers, trainers... everyone can play a part in helping young people to plan their future with confidence and flexibility.
The aim is to make career guidance a lever for collective agility and prepare young people to face the unpredictable - with enthusiasm, serenity and a taste for challenge.
