In an increasingly demanding and information-saturated professional world, mental workload is becoming a daily challenge for many of us. Managing multiple tasks, juggling priorities and maintaining peak performance can quickly lead to cognitive overload. Understanding how our brain processes and reacts to these incessant demands is essential if we are to adapt our working methods and regain a lasting balance.
By optimising our work rhythms, adjusting our tasks and adopting strategies based on neuroscience, we can reduce this overload and improve our general well-being. By developing these skills, we can strengthen our ability to concentrate, improve the quality of our communication and manage our time better. This opens the way to greater room for manoeuvre and a healthier, more sustainable mental balance in our professional lives.
The workshop will be led by Paul Brazzolotto, Doctor of Cognitive Psychology and consultant.
