Well-being and digital use in the workplace

Rapid technological changes, new forms of work, and modern management methods are challenging our working conditions. These require new ways of doing, thinking, organising and collaborating. During this event, we will examine these new forms of activity and consider their impact on the sustainability of work, employee health and overall performance.

As a preamble, IMS will present an onboarding toolkit created as part of the Digital Well-Being for Youth project to reduce the psycho-social risks for young workers associated with using digital tools in the workplace, often linked to preconceived ideas.

When? Wednesday 2nd October, from 12 pm to 2.00 pm
Where? Centre Culturel de Rencontre Abbaye de Neumünster / 28 Rue Münster / 2160 Grund Luxembourg
For who? This event is open to all.
