A real criterion for the effectiveness of the approach, dialogue with stakeholders is part of each stage of the vigilance approach soon to be imposed by the CSDDD. Whether it involves the identification of actual or potential negative impacts on human rights, the development of the prevention action plan or the development of the corrective action plan, the potentially impacted stakeholders have a fundamental role to play.

This session will present the advantage of building a dialogue with stakeholders, and will constitute an exchange to answer the key questions of its implementation: with whom to engage and how?
