When it comes to disability in the workplace, there can be a lot of questions. What should I do as an employer? What are the supports and what are my duties?
Today's event aims to present to you the legal framework for disability in Luxembourg and to inform you about existing aid for the employment of disabled employees or beneficiaries of reclassification, internal or external.
The floor will be given to two essential organisations:
- The Ministry of Labor
- The Employment Development Agency (ADEM)
In the program:
- Presentation of the legal framework and special measures for the employment of disabled employees or beneficiaries of internal or external reclassification.
- In practice: you will be able to discuss your problems and possible solutions with these inclusion players.
