What is sustainable food? And why is it important to introduce sustainable eating habits from an early age on? Discover the newest exhibition of IMS, meet a producer, a chef from a canteen, and an expert on food waste. Of course, there is time for questions as well.
Following the pilot project “Mir sinn Antigaspi, an Dir?” – in English, “We are against food waste, and you?” – at four Maisons Relais throughout the country, we would like to present you the end exhibition of the project, including art works of the children.
After discovering what sustainable food encompasses at our round table discussion, we will focus on three main topics: local food, how to cook in a sustainable way, and what can be done to prevent food waste.
When? Monday 25 September 2023, from noon to 2pm
Where? elisabeth / 19 avenue Emile Reuter / L-2420 Luxembourg
For whom? All employees whose organisation is a member of IMS or parents of children who go to one of the Maison Relais participating in the project (Dalheim, Grosbous, Kehlen, Rumelange, Wahl).
