In business, we are increasingly confronted with a subject that is still little known: neurodiversity.

Indeed, companies have among their employees neurodivergent people. Autism, ADHD, dys disorders, HIQ people, ICT… A lot of vocabulary that remains unclear. This subject raises several issues, and without being familiar with neurodivergences, it is difficult to understand how to find a proper balance between the specific needs of an individual and the economic needs of a company.

During this conference, we will define what is neurodiversity, what are neurodivergences, and we will focus on good practices to adopt in business.
