The Diversity Network is an opportunity to present practices implemented by organisations that have signed the Charter on a given subject.
For this third Diversity Network, we will focus on gender equality.
The Autonomous Working Group on Gender, represented by Julien FROUMOUTH from ABBL, will present the checklist created to assess gender equality in the workplace. This self-assessment tool has been designed by Diversity Charter’s signatories, from various sectors in Luxembourg, with the objective to support companies in assessing their level of maturity on several dimensions of Gender Diversity.
This tool is based on the 7 Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) which are a set of principles, established by UN Global Compact and UN Women, offering guidance to organisations on how to promote gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace, and community.
A practical workshop will allow participants to familiarise with the tool.
