SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER CLUB (EN) – Workshop #4

With the aim of always being as close as possible to the needs of our members, IMS is once again this year organizing a program of 5 workshops to enable you to build your CSR strategy and to activate it.

The Sustainability Manager Club is also available in French. It consists of a program of 5 workshops over the year 2022 as well but its program differs from the English program and is held in collaboration with a different external partner.

How to measure the return on investment of the sustainability strategy once it is in place

What you cannot measure, you cannot manage is one of the basic assumptions in management. Through the adoption of key performance indicators (KPIs) on sustainability, businesses can measure data against business goals and targets. Global initiatives such as the Sustainable Development Goals and Reporting standards can be used as compass for KPIs selection and adoption. Proper measurement of sustainable shared value is critical for creating advanced trust levels for business intention and a better way in managing risks and operational impacts. The scope of the workshop is to provide understanding of the proper selection of KPIs in relation to stakeholders’ priorities on sustainability, as well as to business priorities set regarding corporate governance, value chains and economic performance.

The next workshops will be on December 1st.
