With the aim of always being as close as possible to the needs of our members, IMS is once again this year organizing a program of 5 workshops to enable you to build your CSR strategy and to activate it.
The Sustainability Manager Club is also available in French. It consists of a program of 5 workshops over the year 2022 as well but its program differs from the English program and is held in collaboration with a different external partner.
Reporting
Sustainability disclosures become mainstream. However, although the number of companies that publish information on sustainability is growing, a large number of investors who say that they do not trust corporate disclosures is growing respectively. This paradox can lead to an expansion of the regulatory framework for sustainability issues. The European Commission is already in the process of completing the revision of the Non-Financial Disclosure Directive (NFRD) with the new Corporate Sustainability Report Directive (CSRD), as well as regulating specific issues such as sustainable corporate governance and due diligence on supply chain. Apart from there Directives Environmental and Social Taxonomies are coming into force while a new European Sustainability Standard is prepared by EFRAG. The scope of the workshop is to deep dive into these new regulatory updates and systemic developments in order to examine ways that businesses can adapt and suggest options in seizing opportunities for business excellence on reporting.
