Discussion on trans-identity at work

Because of the structural problems that transgender people face in the corporate world, most face many barriers into and within the workplace. Uninformed employers perpetuate these difficulties and fail to create an inclusive and respectful environment for transgender people.

However, mentalities and legislation are evolving positively in Luxembourg, thanks to concerned persons and associations. But there is still a long way to go:

How can we create a safe and fulfilling professional environment for transgender people?

To help answer this question, come, and take part in a Fishbowl on the theme of transidentity at work, an event whose objective is, in a participative way, to give the participants the power to choose the orientation of the presentation.

As opposed to a traditional presentation where the moderator decides on the details of the presentation, this Fishbowl puts the experts at the disposal of the participants and lets them lead the discussion. Participants are invited to come and sit around the table with the experts to ask their questions directly.

When? Friday 3 December 2021, from 12.30 to 13.30 (Lunch included on site)
Where? by videoconference (connection links will be sent to participants in due course)
For who? Open to everyone (limited to 20 places)

Event in French.
