Whether you prefer a sandwich on the go, carbo pasta or a gastro meal, come and have lunch with us and discuss the subject of parental burn-out. 

In this series of seminars on the work-life family balance, we discuss the challenges of parenthood today. During the exchange, the École des Parents will define the concept of burn-out and specifically parental burn-out, present the resulting challenges and make the link with work-life balance. 
What is burn-out in general and specifically parental burn-out? How does it manifest itself and how can it be prevented or even overcome? What are the consequences for professional life?

Finally, we will share your experiences.

The Lunch & Learn will be presented by Tania HEMMER, Graduate Educator & expert in parental burn-out, and Carole JAAS, Curative Pedagogue.

About École des Parents   
The École des Parents Janusz Korczak is a service of the Kannerschlass Foundation, whose mission is to support and accompany parents in their children's education from birth to adulthood. With their project "School for Parents in Companies" the structure organizes parents' training in their workplace. The School thus attaches great importance to parenthood and the reconciliation of employees' work and family life.
