WEBINARY: SINGLE USE vs. REPEATED USE IN A PANDEMIA CONTEXT

In the midst of this shocking news in many ways, reading a number of articles in recent weeks on topics related to the Zero Single-Use Plastic project raises the following questions:

  • Are the notions of single use and repeated use, which are central to waste reduction, being questioned  in the context of a pandemic?
  • How can we arrange to maintain repeated use in a context where the precautionary principle is, quite rightly, on everyone's lips?
  • In order to guarantee hygiene and health safety, will single-use regain first place on the podium?
  • How can we organize ourselves  to continue our efforts to eliminate single-use plastics?
  • Where will the priorities be, where will the organisations' budget be focused on once containment is lifted?

This webinar has been thought as an opportunity to exchange between actors of the Zero Single-Use Plastic project who wish to do so, and during which each of them will have the opportunity to intervene, comment, question and share.

When? Thursday, April 9 from 11am to 12pm.
Where? By videoconference (a login link has been sent to the ambassadors by email)
For whom? Zero Single-Use Plastic Manifesto Ambassadors
