New generations, new jobs!
Faced with the accelerating pace of change and the emergence of new occupations due to digitalisation, a question arises for current and future generations:
How can we prepare and accompany this evolution, from the side of future employers and employees side in order to grasp the new digital challenges?
During the dayCARE on October 23rd, more than twenty "Digital Explorer" pairs (students/professionals) met within different companies to draw the jobs of tomorrow in a world in full digital transition.
By means of a digital vision, these pairs were able to cross their thoughts, and thus try to bring elements of answers to begin this digital transition within companies.
Mr. Claude Meisch, Minister of Education, Children and Youth, and Mr. Dan Kersch, Minister of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, are pleased to invite you to come and discover the visions of our young people and listen to the trends and opinions given by professional experts.
