Global law firm DLA Piper, in partnership with UNHCR, Passerell, and RYSE Luxembourg, launched the 2025 edition of its Know Your Rights programme on 3 April 2025. The initiative is aimed at refugees and asylum seekers living in Luxembourg.
The nine-week programme, running from 3 April 2025 and ends on 12 June, empowers participants by providing essential knowledge and practical insights into navigating their rights within Luxembourg. Training sessions will cover critical topics including Luxembourg’s legal system, employment, housing, healthcare and entrepreneurship.
While DLA Piper lawyers lead many sessions, the programme also leverages diverse expertise: the firm’s HR team advises participants on creating effective CVs and succeeding in job interviews, partner associations provide specialist guidance on, among others, immigration law, and select DLA Piper clients contribute their experience on each topic. To maximise accessibility, sessions are delivered in English and other languages as required.
