The next Seminar of the International Community of Practice (CoP) in Mental Health & Work (SMT) will take place on June 21 at 2:30 pm (Europe) / 8:30 am (Quebec) and will focus on the manager's role in teams to promote the inclusion of employees with mental disorders.
The program promises once again to be rich in testimonials and exchanges, including the latest thinking within the WHO's International Labour Office on training managers in mental health, which will be shared by Marc Corbière (President of the CoP-SMT).
Speakers at the presentation moderated by Claire Le Roy Hatala (Organizational sociologist, SMT specialist) include: Donatienne Desmette - Professor of social and work psychology (Université de Louvain), Yohanes Makanda - Agent contribuant à l'Insertion professionnelle des étudiants (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle), Mathieu Hatet - professional Manager.
