The Communauté de pratiques internationale santé mentale et travail (CoP-SMT) is delighted to invite you to its first symposium, entitled "Santé mentale et travail: s'inspirer, s'outiller, s'allier et innover", to be held in Montreal on October 16, 17 and 18, 2024.

Created in 2022, the CoP-SMT brings together players from diverse backgrounds to address issues of mental health and work.

The symposium, offered in a hybrid format, will bring together researchers, practitioners and other key players to share knowledge and innovations in this field.

To meet the challenges associated with the return to work, reintegration and sustainable job retention of people with mental health problems, the themes of the symposium will revolve around the following topics:

• Tools, interventions and systems
• Roles, actions and collaboration
• Disclosure and stigmatization
• Peer support and recovery
