Why do we sometimes feel as though we’re short of time, constantly being pulled in different directions, or never really switching off?
As part of the Disconnect360 project, IMS Luxembourg invites you to take part in an in-depth workshop focusing on mental load, hyperconnectivity and their impact on our working practices.
Drawing on insights from cognitive science, this workshop will help you better understand how the brain functions when faced with constant demands, identify the factors that contribute to mental overload, and explore practical ways to restore a better balance in your daily life.
Through theoretical input, practical exercises and group discussions, you will be encouraged to reflect on your own working habits as well as the collective practices that influence connection and disconnection within teams.
The aim: to leave with a personalised, realistic action plan that can be directly applied in your professional context.
The workshop will be led by Paul Brazzolotto, PhD in cognitive psychology and consultant.
When? Wednesday 16 September, from 9 am to 12 am
Where? Cercle Cité, 2 Rue Genistre, 1623 Ville-Haute Luxembourg
For who ? This event is open to all.
