How can we inspire everyone to get involved in the ecological and social transition at work?
Faced with urgent ecological and social challenges, more employees want to have purpose in their work and get concretely involved in sustainability in their company. But how can we inspire them to take action? How can teams be lastingly mobilised around transition challenges?
Join us for an engaging conference that explores the links between CSR, the search for purpose, HR attractiveness, sustainability communication and collective commitment. Come and find out how to turn ideas into action with inspiring stories, best practices, and discussions with Luxembourgish companies!
The programme includes an inspiring keynote speech on the drivers of employee engagement for a more sustainable company, followed by a round table discussion with Luxembourgish companies and an expert to share concrete examples. The event will continue with a presentation on sustainability communication and the risks of greenwashing, before concluding with an interactive round table discussion open to exchange with the audience.
Come for the inspiration, stay for the conversation. Let’s turn ideas into action!
