Adapting work rhythms to brain function - "Techwell" Workshop

In today's working world, managing work patterns is crucial to maintaining both mental health and efficiency. However, our brains and bodies have their limits, and various phenomena such as mental fatigue, recovery needs and circadian rhythms can disrupt our daily lives.

By adapting the way we organise our time and process information to our natural work rhythms, we can regain more room for manoeuvre on a daily basis, thereby promoting greater efficiency and peace of mind in our work.

The workshop will be led by Simon Brazey, Doctor of Cognitive Psychology and consultant.

When? Monday 25 November from 9am to 12pm
Where? By videoconference (connection links will be sent in due course)
For who? This event is open to everyone
