CHANGE STARTS WITHIN

In 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals gave us a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world by 2030 in the form of 17 goals, covering a wide range of issues that involve people with different needs, values, and convictions. There is a vision of what needs to happen, but progress along this vision has so far been slow. To deal with our increasingly complex environment and challenges as well as steward the transformation of our world, inner development is key. Fortunately, modern research shows that the inner abilities we now all need can be developed, and human behaviour can be positively reinforced. The 'Inner Development Goals' provide a fundamental framework in the quest to reach the Sustainable Development goals.

The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a non-profit organisation that researches, collects and communicates science-based skills and qualities that help us to live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives. It’s a global community of practitioners, scientists, employees, consultants, coaches, and more who are working together to put the open-source IDG framework into action, collectively.

Since May 2023, IMS Luxembourg is one of the two local hubs in Luxembourg, and it is in collaboration with the other hub, LEVEL UP IDG Hub Luxembourg, that we organise this conference.

What are the Inner Development Goals? How are they applicable within the corporate world? And what is really the link with the Sustainable Development Goals? Join us on a journey of (self) discovery and put theory to action- with intent and reflection – during this highly interactive afternoon conference & workshop.
