Due diligence, supply chain and purchasing practices

Companies concerned by the duty of vigilance will be required to identify, mitigate and repair human rights impacts in their entire value chain. This approach includes the risks related to the activities of suppliers and their subcontractors and the company's purchasing practices concerning them. Due to the geographical and logistical fragmentation of supply chains, considering purchasing practices, nevertheless decisive for properly performing the duty of vigilance, is tedious. The training will offer methodological tools and present the best practices to carry out a vigilance process.
