Health and safety at work have become a key issue for companies today. The growing increase in recent years in the number of burn-outs and depressions suggests that this phenomenon has a substantial impact on the business world. This is particularly true regarding absenteeism, sick leave and, more generally, a loss of productivity and/or profitability.
It appears that addictive behaviours (alcohol, drugs, screens, etc.) in the workplace are prominent among the psycho-social risks influencing the quality of life at work and the expected profits. Given this observation, scientific studies show that taking action to deal with these behaviours is helpful and more profitable for companies than taking the risk of ignoring or underestimating them.
Faced with this delicate subject involving the company's responsibility, we propose an awareness-raising session on addictions in the workplace.
To collect experiences from the business world with a view to raising awareness of the use of psychoactive substances, and even of the problem of addictive behaviour (cannabis, alcohol, drugs, etc.). This is to improve prevention and/or intervention if necessary.
