HR: how are the levers of employee engagement changing?

Is it possible to have fully engaged employees with genuine smiles, commitment and energy throughout the week? The latest Gallup Institute survey for 2021 suggests that we are far from it, with an average engagement rate of 11% in Western Europe.

This conference will provide an opportunity to step back and explore together the levers on which engagement is based. While some have been around for a long time, others reflect new aspirations similar to what we see more widely in society.

When? Monday 4 July from 6 pm to 7:15 pm
Where? Auditorium of Lalux / 9 Rue Jean Fischbach / 3372 Leudelange
For who? All the employees whose organisation is a member of IMS or a signatory of the Diversity Charter / Members of the HR Community network

With Olivier Charbonnier, CEO of Groupe Interface/DSides
A graduate of Sciences Po and ESCP, lecturer and speaker at Dauphine, he accompanies the transformation of large organisations, both for the public service and private groups. He is also co-founder of Cog'X, a consulting and research agency in cognitive sciences, President of Consultants Sans Frontières and author of several books, including "Société digitale: comment rester humain" (Dunod, 2018), "Quelles compétences pour demain" (Dunod 2013) "À quoi ressemblera le travail demain?"
