Part&Act IN PRACTICE - From idea to successful implementation in the company: an overview of an intrapreneurial journey

Whether you prefer a sandwich on the go, carbo pasta or a gastro meal, come and have lunch with us and discuss the subject of " Intrapreneurship”

Intrapreneurship is acting like an entrepreneur within an established company. It’s creating a new business or venture within an organisation. Sometimes that business becomes a new section, or department, or even a subsidiary spinoff.

Intrapreneurship has obvious benefits for employees: building a project without quitting their job, developing their skills (autonomy, responsibility, etc.), being able to undertake without risk, etc. But the company also benefits

  • Building employee loyalty
First of all, intrapreneurship helps to retain excellent employees and avoid their leaving the company to set up their own project.
  • Competitiveness booster
Intrapreneurship also helps to boost innovation within the company. It allows exploring new projects and, consequently, new growth opportunities. Productivity is also positively impacted by intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurs develop new skills and are generally very committed.
  • Improving the company's image
Finally, intrapreneurship strengthens and even refreshes the company's image. Intrapreneurship is viewed favorably by employees, who are increasingly attracted to entrepreneurship. The company thus strengthens its attractiveness to job applicants, particularly young graduates.

But how can this be implemented in practice? We will give you some advice during this workshop to help you go from "idea" to "concrete". We will share your experiences and answer all your questions.
