2021 EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK - "Move Sustainably, Stay Healthy"

The European Mobility Week will take place from the 16th to the 22nd of September 2021. IMS invite you to join 2 events (more information on the second event here)

Presentations and exchanges with suppliers of sustainable mobility solutions 

This morning will be an opportunity to meet and exchange with local partners and actors on sustainable mobility solutions: carpooling, car sharing, active mobility, public transport, etc. 

An introduction will be given by Christophe Reuter, First Government Councillor, Head of Mobility Planning. It will be followed by a speech from Philippe Gerber, Mobility expert at the LISER, on the theme of the 2021 edition, "Move Sustainably, Stay Healthy". Afterwards, you will be able to take advantage of a networking moment to find out more about the solutions offered by the speakers present (non-exhaustive list below) and also to take part in a Fresque de la mobilité, a playful workshop on the carbon challenges of personal mobility.

When ? Thursday 16th  of September 2021 from 9h15 to 12h (Please note that you should arrive between 15 and 45 minutes in advance in order to apply the Covid-Check procedure (see below))

COVID-CHECK PROCEDURE

To ensure the safest possible events, please pay attention to the following points:

To participate in IMS Luxembourg's face-to-face events, each person will have to present a digital or paper COVID Check certificate:
    * Vaccination certificate (full vaccination schedule)
    * certificate of negative COVID-19 test (certified PCR test or certified antigen test)
    * certificate of recovery

> If you meet one of these three conditions, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event, time for us to check the validity of the certificates of all participants. 

If not : 

You will be able to perform a self-diagnostic test (not certified) on site. In this case, please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the event. It will not be possible to perform the self-diagnostic test less than 15 minutes before the beginning of the event.

We also ask you not to come to the event and inform us if you have any symptoms such as cough, sore throat, or fever. This also applies if someone in your family has these symptoms.

We inform event attendees that they are likely to appear on photographs taken during the event. These are intended to be published in written or digital media edited by IMS Luxembourg.
