CSR Strategy: ask for the program!
To always be as close as possible to the needs of its members, IMS has decided to support the function of Sustainability Manager. A cycle of 5 workshops is therefore organized in 2020 to help you build your CSR strategy.
The first workshop will take place on March 6th and will aim to :
- Present the main lines of a CSR approach and the primary reference frames
- Identifying the axes of a CSR strategy through a materiality analysis
- Making an individual matrix
- Identify the issues of the following four workshops to meet the needs of the participants
The following workshops will be on May 15th, June 26th, September 25th, and December 4th

For whom? Anyone who is responsible for thinking about and implementing CSR within their organisation.
