IMS Luxembourg is pleased to invite you to its seventh workshop (Handi)Cap Emploi on June 24th, 2019 from 1pm to 4pm.
After having collectively reflected on the notion of disability in the workplace and the issues that can be associated with it, the participating organizations positioned themselves on one or more themes for the rest of the project: sourcing, the role of management and collective work, job retention and return to work, as well as performance and productivity. In turn, the participating companies were able to present their respective practices, but also to reflect on possible solutions.
This seventh workshop, in the presence of our expert, Gwénaël Berthélemé, will allow the participating organizations to review the solutions discussed throughout the previous workshops and choose a project on which they will want to position themselves in order to test them internally, in their own situation in their companies.
