Selection criteria, how to define and adapt them

Faced with the new challenges faced by purchasing professionals, IMS Luxembourg gives you the opportunity to meet in a framework of exchange and privileged sharing between peers and offers you tools and concrete examples to inject a lasting aspect to your policy of purchases.

When? Friday 21 september from 9am to noon.

For the second meeting of the club, exchanges will be focused on the selection criteria for purchases. Three hours of training and exchanges for:

• Understand the new tools and new clauses to organize itself simply in its approach of sustainable purchases (Segmentation of purchases and priorities, integration of specifications in the specifications, ...).
• Work in a group on a concrete business case.
• Get inspired and discover a good practice of the IMS network.

The meeting will be completed by a webinar with our expert to deepen a theme chosen with the participants.

We inform all participants that they are likely to figure in some pictures taken during IMS' events. These pictures are destined to be published in written and online media edited by IMS Luxembourg.
