The Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg is a national commitment text which any organization in Luxembourg wanting to act for diversity through concrete actions can sign whether they are members of IMS or not.
The Charter is supported by six privileged partners- who compose the Committee for the Diversity Charter with IMS Luxembourg and the ABBL- from the private and public sector: Sodexo, PwC, Linklaters, Deutsche Bank, the Ministry of Family and Integration/OLAI and RBC Investor & Treasury Services, representing thus an innovative and unique governance model at an European level.
Moreover, the Charter also counts on an active and involved working group composed of IMS members.
Structured around 6 articles, the Charter guides the signatory organizations in the implementation of practices aiming at promoting social equity and cohesion through networks, workshops and conferences and by collaborating with all the stakeholders and partners.
As the ninth Diversity Charter in the EU, the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg is part of the European network of the Diversity Charters, led by the DG Justice of the European Commission and has Mrs. Corinne Cahen, Minister of Family, Integration and the Greater Region as its patron.
Building on its success among Luxembourg companies, the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg counts 170 signatories (from the private, public and non-profit sectors), representing thus 15% of the national workforce.
