Regulating your mental workload on a daily basis
In a professional world saturated with information and demands, managing mental workload is a major challenge. Learn to understand the mechanisms of cognitive overload, the effects of multitasking and digital pressure on your work, and discover strategies for maintaining a sustainable balance.

Adapting our work patterns to the way our brain works
Understanding how our brains work and adapting our work rhythms is essential for preserving our mental health and improving our efficiency. This workshop explores how you can adapt your organisation, avoid mental fatigue and respect your natural rhythms to be more serene and effective.

- In person and in French: Tuesday 10 December, from 1pm to 4pm.
Rethinking home-office organisation
Although teleworking is now commonplace, it presents particular challenges in terms of concentration, recovery and collaboration. This workshop will help you identify and implement best practices for a hybrid working environment, to ensure effective and fulfilling working conditions.
