For the majority of employees, home-office has been introduced quickly, often without adequate preparation. This way of working, while practical, presents unique challenges and specific risks. Working from home can impact on crucial aspects such as concentration, recovery and collaboration. Adapting and optimising these practices is essential to ensure effective and fulfilling working conditions in a hybrid environment, combining remote and face-to-face working.
This workshop is designed to help you rethink and improve your home-office organisation. We will look at the specific challenges associated with concentration, recovery and remote collaboration. You will discover how to create a home working environment that promotes both your well-being and your performance.
The workshop will be led by Paul Brazzolotto, Doctor of Cognitive Psychology and consultant.
