Faced with the current complexity of social and environmental challenges, it is now urgent to develop new models of partnerships between players for the general interests (communes, NGOs and associations) and traditional companies, for a positive societal impact.
Companies now recognize the strategic importance of local actors when it comes to understanding and sharing expertise on challenges such as social inclusion, environmental protection, health, purchasing policies, human rights or territorial anchorage. These partnerships are a source of employee mobilization, of innovation and thus foster the dynamization of the local job and entrepreneurship market. The notion of partnership thus implies an equal relationship between several organization which aim to achieve common goals by valuing the complementarity of their competencies and approaches. New forms of cooperation emerge, turned toward responsible practices, co-construction and societal innovation.
IMS implements these methods through several concrete projects supporting company agency.
