Only 2 sessions left "Inclusion Skills: Together, for greater professional inclusion!"

IMS Luxembourg has partnered with the Mental Health League and the UFEP to develop an experimental training course on disability inclusion in employment. 

 Objectives of this pilot training: 

  • To strengthen skills and knowledge for inclusive support for people with disabilities in employment. 

  • To develop networks and strengthen relationships between social, private, and public stakeholders. 

 

The program includes five modules, each with a 26-hour certification period: 

  1. Better understanding people with disabilities, deconstructing stereotypes. 

  1. Understanding the legislative and regulatory framework. 

  1. The professional stance of the support worker toward and in employment. 

  1. The "toolbox" of the support worker toward and in employment. 

  1. The added value of networking. 

 

Practical details: 

  • Language spoken: French. 

  • Preferential rate for 2025: €900 including tax (including coffee breaks and meals). 

  • Conditions: Training open to all those who work with people with disabilities or who wish to improve their inclusive practices.
