In Luxembourg, disability is one of the main causes of discrimination (source: Centre pour l'Égalité de Traitement), particularly in the professional world. To counter this reality, we are launching a series of 5 videos untitled "HandiCapable," aimed at deconstructing the prejudices surrounding people with disabilities.

Each video features an inspiring testimonial from a professional who shares their experience, skills, and integration within their team. These stories highlight that disability is one characteristic among many and does not define a person's worth. Here are the participants in our series:

• Joanne Theisen – Independent consultant and coach
• Steewe Lefay – Competence Developer / Career Coach at CTG
• José Nogueira – Service technician at the National Youth Service (SNJ)
• Constance Lausecker – Communication Officer at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST)
• Patrick Breneur – Receptionist at CFL

These videos aim to promote inclusive work environments where everyone can be themselves. By changing perceptions, we contribute to building a more equitable and supportive professional world.
