Thanks to the Digital Well-Being for Youth project funded by the Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, IMS Luxembourg is now presenting a free toolkit to enhance your onboarding/integration programme.
It consists of 4 videos and 5 e-learning modules to help reduce the psycho-social risks faced by new employees in your company. It will help them understand the right behaviours to adopt when using digital tools in the workplace.
The toolkit is available in French and English. The first e-learning module serves as a theoretical introduction, while the other modules and videos are independent. You can, therefore, customise the toolkit to suit your own needs and internal processes.
In summary, the ‘Digital Well-Being for Youth’ toolkit consists of :
