In the age of digital transformation, where hyperconnection, information overload and increasing productivity demands are challenging workers and companies alike, Techwell is emerging as a beacon to guide the way towards a healthier digital working environment. Our project "Techwell: Digital Risk Anticipation" aims to respond to the challenges posed by this constant evolution by inviting everyone to participate and contribute.
Taking part in the Techwell project
As a participant, your role is to take part in 45-minute qualitative interviews and complete a quantitative questionnaire over the period February to April 2024.
You will then take part in an inter-company collaborative working group, providing a space dedicated to discussing the challenges encountered and finding functional solutions, both individually and collectively. The aim is to learn from the experiences of other organisations and propose collective solutions, drawing on the knowledge of each as well as the expertise of the audits and our expert. At the start of this phase, each participating organisation will receive a personalised audit report. The working sessions will last 2 hours each and 6 sessions are planned between May and August 2024.
Objective of the audits
The audits focus on digital-related Psychosocial Risks (PSRs), mental workload, time management, misinformation, hybrid working and the environmental impact of digital tools. In-depth questionnaires and interviews will be conducted to assess the specific needs of each participating organisation. The results will then be used in collaborative groups to implement concrete changes.
Creation of a Collaborative Guide
Techwell does not limit itself to the individual, but aspires to create a global impact. A comprehensive guide will be developed from the experiences shared, to help other organisations foster a healthy digital working environment. Your participation will help shape practices and policies for a more balanced working future.
Join the Techwell project today to anticipate digital risks, promote mental health at work, and build a more fulfilling working environment together!
