The Accor Group and Novotel Suites Luxembourg are determined to limit their carbon footprint and impact on the planet while responding to travellers' concerns about social and environmental responsibility.

This is why the Go Green Skip the Clean project was created. It offers guests staying in hotels for 2 nights or more the opportunity to opt out of the in-room cleaning service to reduce their carbon footprint.

This also reduces the use of chemicals and water. As a token of appreciation, we are offering 100 Reward points on the ALL loyalty card for each day of refusal.
