Pay Transparency Directive - Obligations and Best Practices

Join us for a presentation on the new Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency!

Marie Sinniger, Head of Employment, and Alyssia Méchalikh, Managing Associate—both practising at Linklaters LLP—will shed light on this crucial regulation. Adopted on 10 May 2023, the directive aims to enhance pay transparency to reduce the gender pay gap and strengthen enforcement mechanisms to ensure equal pay. EU member states have until 7 June 2026 to transpose this directive into national law. Learn how you can start preparing now for these major changes that will reshape the pay landscape.

To help you anticipate these developments, we will address the following key questions:

  • How will this directive impact your company?
  • What steps can you take now to ensure compliance with these new requirements?
  • How can you structure your current pay practices to enhance transparency and fairness?
