Mental Well-being and Digital Uses

Let's rethink our practices in organisations and the educational field

The use of digital technology is ubiquitous nowadays, but organisations often struggle with addressing the mental health challenges faced by young people (students, new joiners) in this context. However, cultivating healthy digital habits is essential to avoid psychosocial risks and foster a work environment conducive to personal and professional growth. Let's not let technology negatively impact our well-being, let's adopt good practices now!

By sharing experiences, feedback from our workshops aimed at identifying digital stereotypes among young people, and the expertise of our speaker Marc-Eric Bobilier Chaumon, this event aims to raise awareness among professionals in Luxembourg organisations and education stakeholders about the importance of good digital practices.
