Emotions at work: how to manage them?

 

Even in a society with a high level of digitalisation, it is difficult to imagine the workplace without human interaction or relationships. 

Although in families and organisations emotions often get a bad press, the successful expression of emotions and feelings offers many opportunities for communication. The idea is to manage emotions efficiently, i.e. to stay in touch with them and to know how to use them to act with serenity and efficiency. 

During the conference the role of emotions, their characteristics and the principles of emotional hygiene will be discussed.
