CEO Breakfast : Homeworking as a way of revealing our brain's needs

Encouraged by the health crisis, homeworking is now a must in our organisations. However, even if employees widely favour it, it is not without impact on our brain. Between the tunnel of video meetings, continuous digital solicitations, shortened lunch breaks, spread out working hours, and feeling of isolation. Our attention, recovery, social interactions, and commitment to work we must manage to preserve.

By enabling us to understand the mechanisms accentuated by this change of modality, the cognitive sciences give us clues as to how to preserve our mental resources and well-being in the long term! By starting from the situation of teleworking to talk more globally about the brain at work, this scientific and operational insight allows us to identify the functioning and ways of improving working methods.
