The workshops: what is it?
The skills transfer workshops aim to provide IMS members working in the social and solidarity economy and companies with resources, time, and expertise that they do not have in-house.
The workshops are organized in a friendly and collective environment and follow a win-win logic

To help who?
- Communication: The Ateliers Thérapeutiques Protégés (ATP asbl) is looking for advice in communication strategy concerning the opening of a new workshop and sales outlet called "Licorne" in Mersch.
- Law/HR: Association fighting for the inclusion of excluded young people, Life Project 4 Youth needs to know the Luxembourg legal framework concerning internships in companies for excluded people (people out of school, out of work).
- HR/Survey/Work Satisfaction: In the context of a questionnaire to the association's employees, the Tricentenaire would like to know more about job satisfaction, its practical applications, and how to measure it, as well as advice on survey methodology.
