Faced with the new challenges faced by purchasing professionals, IMS Luxembourg gives you the opportunity to meet in a framework of exchange and privileged sharing between peers and offers you tools and concrete examples to inject a lasting aspect to your policy of purchases.

WHEN? Tuesday, December 11, 2018, from 9am to noon. 

For the third meeting of the club, exchanges will focus on the issue of buyers' stakeholders: suppliers, management, technical services, internal specifiers (marketing, general services, etc.). How to engage them, motivate them and lead them to change their vision of purchases?

Three hours of training and exchanges for:

• Review the actors in connection with purchasing services and the different ways to involve them in the transition of the buyer's job: strategies to implement, priorities, ...
• Working in a group on a concrete case
• Get inspired and discover a good practice of the IMS network

The meeting will be completed by a webinar with our expert to deepen a theme chosen with the participants.

We inform all participants that they are likely to figure in some pictures taken during IMS' events. These pictures are meant to be published in written and online media edited by IMS Luxembourg.
