RYSE is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to accompany applicants and beneficiaries of international protection throughout their integration process in the country so that they can successfully enter the labour market, develop and become self-sufficient. Our mission is to inspire positive development in young refugees and to support and guide them to discover and realise their true potential. We work to remove the barriers and obstacles that our beneficiaries face to enable them to become active members of the host society. We help them to determine their goals/ambitions and interact with local communities, which inevitably creates a positive effect in terms of integration for present and future generations, both in Luxembourg and globally. Due to the diversity of backgrounds and experiences, we favour an individual approach to better meet the needs of each person and promote the achievement of their career goals.
