Our IMS membership would enable us to enhance the impact of our CSR agenda through active participation and collaboration with IMS and participants, enabling us to enhance the impact of positive change on people, planet and prosperity.

CSR is integrated within the Corporate Strategy of our firm which centres around 2 key areas - People and Planet.We foster an inclusive culture where our people are encouraged to feel comfortable in bringing their authentic selves to work and provide access to tools to support their wellbeing. We are a strong advocate for volunteering, fundraising and outreach amongst our teams and in our local communities. We champion human rights in our supply chain. Our contribution to the Planet focuses on protecting the World's resources and tackling climate change. We are committed to reducing the greenhouse gas footprint from our own operations and in our role as an an investment manager across multiple industries. Our climate transition action plan maps out our pathway to net zero by 2050 or sooner.
Schroders Investment Management (Europe)’s CSR actions and frameworks:
Schroders is an international firm with over 5,000 employees across over 30 locations globally. Our Corporate and Social Responsiblity agenda centres around how we run our business. As a signatory to the UN Global Compact we support its 10 principles. Across our locations our teams are actively involved in CSR through engagement within their local communities. In Luxembourg we have 3 committees which focus on CSR: D&I, Charity Committee and Sports and Social. Additionally CSR is promoted across the organization and in various departments such as HR, IT and our Facilities Management who collectively support us in reaching our objectives. We align with our EMEA Corporate Responsibility on key CSR initiatives and contribute both regionally and globally.
