Luxembourg Congres’s motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:

In our CSR approach, we would like to benefit from the expertise and support of IMS to help us; we had the opportunity to participate in workshops in 2022 which were rich in information and networking to improve our practices.

Luxembourg Congres’s CSR policy:

Our goal in 2023 is to finalise our application for the Green Key label:

• Reduce the use of paper
• Favour public transport
• Sorting waste, optimising the use of light, water, air conditioning, heating, etc.
• Inform and support our partners who work on site: Security service (Dussman), cleaning service (Atalian), catering service (Sodexo), building management (ABP)

We are also working on the creation of a "Let'Z Be Green" page on our new website to highlight our good practices. As part of Green Key, we also want to work on a brochure to help our clients organise environmentally responsible events: Green Event Toolbox @ ECCL
