The first confernece of the International Community of Practice on Mental Health and Work (CoP-SMT) will be held on October 16, 17 and 18, 2024 in Montreal.
Created in 2022, the CoP-SMT brings together players from diverse backgrounds to address issues of mental health and work.
The conference, offered in a hybrid format, is entitled “Santé mentale et travail: s'inspirer, s'outiller, s'allier et innover”. It will bring together researchers, practitioners and other key players to share knowledge and innovations in this field.
To meet the challenges associated with the return to work, reintegration and sustainable job retention of people with mental health problems, the themes of the symposium will revolve around the following topics:
- Tools, interventions and systems
- Roles, actions and collaboration
- Disclosure and stigmatization
- Peer support and recovery
