The Due Diligence Initiative deplores the failure of European Union (EU) Member States to approve the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDD) and calls on the Luxembourg government to live up to its commitments on human rights, climate and the environment by firmly supporting the project of the EU directive and adopting a national law if it fails.
The Due Diligence Initiative is organising a round table and a conference-debate in French on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 7pm at Neumünster Abbey as an opportunity to discuss the challenges facing the investment fund sector in terms of its responsibility for human rights, the climate and the environment.
