To mark the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR), CFL's Sustainable Development Unit is organising two awareness-raising days on the circular economy and waste reduction: on Tuesday 21 and Friday 24 November 2023, from 12 noon to 6pm, in the glass roof of Luxembourg Central Station.

3 different service providers will be setting up stands on the following themes:

• The Superdreckskëscht (SDK) will be offering a quiz to raise awareness of waste sorting;
• The Shime association will be holding a workshop to raise awareness of the environmental impact of cigarette butts. Recycled plastic pocket ashtrays, which can hold all kinds of small waste, will be distributed;
• The ESE association will be hosting a fresco on the circular economy and offering discussions on a range of sustainability-related topics, depending on the sensitivities and issues of the participants.
